• If you look around in your world every single thing that you use, every single thing that you buy it has only one and only purpose and that is making our life comfortable. To bring comfort in our lives. You wish to eat something one click and food is ready, I want book, clothes, powder, shoes click, and there they are. I want play games, watching movies click, and it’s instantly there.
• I want a relationship swipe right every single thing you want is instantaneously available at the speed of thought technology has become so easy that the whole purpose of the life, just one objective of life making our life comfortable.
• We see everything from this measurement Is my life being made more comfortable? Am I living a comfortable life? Do I have all the comforts in my life? That I need to feel comfortable?

Observe successful people life

• If we look at the people who are successful who inspire you to become who you want to be when you grow up or become more exited and if you look their lives carefully then you will understand that every single day, they take a very strong decision and that decision is taking the path of maximum discomfort.
• Everyday all of those people ask themselves this – I have two path one is a comfortable or an uncomfortable one, which shall I choose and they always choose the uncomfortable path. They are always challenging for themselves saying to themselves that if I went on a comfortable path, then I would not be able to do what I want to do I will not be able to learn what I want to learn I will not be able to change the world according to the way I want to

Accept uncomfortable challenges

• If you want to do something meaningful with your life, you have to constantly choose the path of maximum resistance. Because when you go on an uncomfortable journey when you are challenged, when you are provoked when you fell hindrances and obstacles all along the way only then you learn something new, only then you grow.
• Remember your collage days you initially came, there was a lot of ambition and there was a lot of energy. We will do this so, this and that will happen then came the second and the third year by then everything had flown out. You were just optimizing for your comfort the assignment used to come, used to be distributed people used to work in their respective comfort. You used to sleep for those extra 15- 30 minutes because who will study, who does the assignment you always say let’s do something else like watching movies, playing games and will manage later somehow. You used to do all things with which you could get comfort.
• If you said in your collage that I do not know public speaking I’m having stage fright and I want to learn that and in order to learn it I will have to be uncomfortable. You will have to get on the stage people will laugh at you, shout at you, will make fun of you and you will still stand up and tell yourself that this is the path I have consciously chosen because until I would not stand on the stage I will never learn to speak well, you should not communicate with strangers.

Face rejection

• The entire journey was uncomfortable you experienced lot of setbacks you were said “no” to by a lot of people a lot of them banged the phone email not answered you were dejected and upset but you kept going because it is this uncomfortable path only that will teach you something that you did not know before.
• All the people who have accompanied you in collage in front of you took uncomfortable paths and decisions that you were afraid to take what you could not take those were the people that have gone ahead and trained their mind, body and soul to such an extent that when they are take a decision, they always choose uncomfortable path.
